Well guys we have had a huge weekend! Not only our first haircut and possible the fair tomorrow, Michael slept in his crib last night :( I know, I know he is just a week shy of 5 months, he should have long before this but Mommy (not Baby) couldn't do it! Across the hall is ridiculously far away! So thats my story I cant belive how big my little man is.

So I finally did it I had Beth (my very good friend and co-worker) cut Michael's hair or his "crazy piece" as Mike and I lovingly refer to it. Of course you are probebly all saying I thought you were a hair dresser shouldn't you be ok with it and why didnt you just cut it? Well I wasn't and I couldn't. I cried a little! So I just wanted to take a moment and say so long baby hair :( you will be missed. P.S. a special thanks to Michael's auntie Beth I really couldn't have done it without you and thanks for not picking on me for being one of "those" moms we usally make fun of! ;)

Well yesterday was one of those summer cny Saturdays that will be talked about for awhile. You know the type-- A) its sunny (yes I said it an honest to goodness sunny day in Syracuse! B) you dont have a wedding, wedding shower, baby shower, bar-b-q, to help someone move and so on and so forth and C) in my case dont have to work or others clean, wash the car, mow the lawn, ect.. They dont happen often!!! So when they do us pale upstaters dont know what to do and spend half of the day trying to figure out what we should do not to waste it (and end up wasting 1/2 of it in the process). We were lucky enough to go to my Aunts house and lounge in the pool, right down to the babe. A little food, and music (thanks to uncle Tim) and of course a couple of beach babes and whala you have a great day. Thank you to my family for a great day.---Lisa

This past early July we went camping with our good friends Vinney, April and their two year old Antionio in Eagle Bay. We went to Buttermilk Falls, did some shopping, Enchanted Forest, Hiking and so much more! Thank you our good friends for a great Vacation cant wait to do it again!

Yesterday the whole Mauro Clan (us, my husbands 4 sisters and families, and his parents) all went to Cross Lake for a day of sand, sun and fun! It was a great day, warm and sunny with a light breeze. Here are some of pictures.
